Premier League players who moved clubs since last season, within the 30 leagues FDscout covers, with at least 180 league minutes, ranked by goal involvements, then xG. Updates every night · refreshed 16 October 2026.

What the numbers mean

The best-signings debate starts in September and never really ends. This list settles the early version with the numbers: every player who has moved to a Premier League club since last season, ranked by goals and assists, with the expected goals and the match ratings beside them so a lucky start and a good one look different.

The bars put each signing against the others: goal involvements per 90 for the rate, xG per 90 for the chances, chances created per 90 for the creative side, and average match rating for the all-round level. A full bar means the top of that group.

The list rebuilds every night from the latest matches, so it will move as the season goes on. The date on each card says when it last changed.

Who counts as a signing?

A player whose last league match before this season was for a different club, in any of the 30 leagues FDscout follows, with at least 180 Premier League minutes this season. Players arriving from leagues outside our coverage do not appear.

Why goal involvements?

Goals plus assists is the number a signing is judged on in his first months, fairly or not. The xG and rating bars beside it say whether the involvements are backed by performances.

How often does it update?

Every night, from the latest matches. The order, the cards and the table rebuild together, and the date on each card says when the list last changed.

Every one of these players has a full FDscout profile. Percentile radars against every new signings in 30 leagues, role scores, traits, and a Compass reading of how he plays. Start with Morgan Rogers → or see what Unlimited unlocks →

Reading the list

Goal involvements reward attackers, so a defender or a goalkeeper can only appear through the rating bar; the table is the attacking verdict, the bars are the fuller one. A signing with strong xG and few goals is about to look better; the reverse is the one the pundits will turn on first. Each name opens a full FDscout profile.
